SHIPPING

Both national and international orders are shipped through DHL Parcel/ Express or DPD. Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of DHL and/or DPD. All following actions will need to be taken with DHL/DPD/local post facilities. We are not responsible for any kind of fees concerning customs, duties, or taxes with any purchase. Nor are we responsible for items being lost in shipment and items that are delivered via tracking but cannot be found by the recipient.

If a package is returned to our facility for any reason (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.), the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get your order sent out again.

RETURNS 

All items are FINAL SALE, meaning no returns possible. Every item listed on THE CEILING is hand selected and curated with precision. It is very important to us that all items are in high quality and in great condition. Keep in mind that while in great condition, each piece is vintage or secondhand and has been gently loved. We ask you to appreciate the character, due to age or previous wear.

Details such as measurements, imperfections, material, labels and photos are being mentioned in the item’s description, to ensure the item is being fully presented and according to reality.
