SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. We normally process orders within 74 hours, but as a small team, we greatly appreciate your patience. 

Both national and international orders are shipped within the Netherlands through DHL or Post NL.
The Ceiling is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or duties (please ensure you are aware of your local rules and regulations before completing your order). Nor is The Ceiling responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or damaged in shipment; all subsequent actions will need to be taken with DHL/local post facilities. If a package is returned to our facility for any reason (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.), the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to reship your order.
