RETURNS

Every item listed on THE CEILING is unique, hand-selected, and curated with precision. It is very important to us that all items are of high quality and in great condition. Keep in mind that while in great condition, each piece is vintage or secondhand and has been gently loved. We ask you to appreciate the character due to age or previous wear. To ensure that the items are fully presented and in accordance with reality, details such as measurements, imperfections, material, labels, and photos are mentioned in the item's description. The "Consumer Rights Directive" provides consumers in EU member states with the right to return purchases made online within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns must be approved by THE CEILING first - please email info@theceiling.co and kindly include your name, order number, and the item(s) you want to return.

All items must be returned in their original state, as listed on THE CEILING, with all tags and packaging attached. THE CEILING will not issue a refund until return merchandise has been received. THE CEILING reserves the right to refuse any return merchandise.

Any item(s) purchased on sale can only be returned for online store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. THE CEILING is not responsible for return shipments getting lost, delayed, or damaged.

Once your return has been received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing the refund or store credit. *Do not return any product(s) without requesting a return first - they may be rejected.
