DANISH DELIGHT
The OG Danish Brat summer
So, the clothes. My week kicked off with one of my most anticipated shows: A. Roege Hove, a brand revolutionizing knitwear. After a brief pause, the Danish brand has made a strong return. The SS25 collection showcased the impeccable craftsmanship the brand is renowned for, featuring intricate yet chic knits with an added sheer layer—a fresh direction for the designer. Each black-and-white piece highlighted her skill in blending traditional techniques with contemporary styles, with bright lime green as the only bold color in the collection. Roege Hove proves to be the OG Brat Girl, having already used this color as the main theme in her SS23 collection back in 2022 (tube top and leggings still available here). This breezy off-white mini dress, off-white or black tank top and tan capri leggings are definitely on our summer wishlist (all are on sale).
More vibrant colors popped up in Jade Cropper's collection. Cropper celebrated bold femininity with daring cuts, embodying a confident woman unafraid to make a statement. Her edgy SS25 collection included a maxi dress that changes into a skirt, a sculptural leather belt with an integrated bag, and a dynamic yet very wearable hooded jersey dress, solidifying her status as a designer to watch.
Birrot was a standout, presenting a blend of Scandinavian minimalism and Korean sensibilities (the brand is founded by Korean designers Min Kim and Sey Hong Aim in Copenhagen) that felt both fresh and familiar. Their collection was a thoughtful mix of tailored silhouettes and flowing forms (see below), embracing a neutral palette with the occasional splash of red. Their new red tailored jacket is my favorite (similar here).
After his impressive debut last summer, I was eager to see Nicklas Skovgaard’s showcase. Known for his avant-garde approach to womenswear, his new SS25 collection featured organic silhouettes, fluid fabrics, ruffling elements, and dropped waist details—a fresh silhouette I absolutely love (this dress is a dream). During the presentation, women danced in the new designs at ‘Galleria Skovgaard’, then stepped outside to join the crowd on a lovely summer evening. Skovgaard's storytelling through textiles is truly intriguing, solidifying his status as a refreshing new name in Danish design.

Jewelry on center stage
It’s not just the fashion that draws me back to Copenhagen repeatedly; it’s the city’s exceptional jewelry scene. With its deep-rooted appreciation for craftsmanship, Copenhagen is a treasure trove of exquisite adornments.
Elhanati is easily one of my favorite jewelry brands. Known for its exquisite designs that tell a story, the brand has quickly gained attention—perhaps you’ve seen their stunning collaboration with Khaite. Founder Orit Elhanati has a remarkable ability to evoke emotion through her creations. “No drawings, I just dive into the gold and see where it takes me,” she shared during my visit to her atelier. Her new zodiac-sign collection continues this tradition, blending timeless elegance with a rugged edge, each piece telling its own unique tale. These are pieces that truly empower you when you wear them, striking the perfect balance between subtlety and impact.

Lié Studio is a brand I discovered during one of my first fashion weeks, and it remains one of my favorites, thanks in part to the wonderful people behind it. Known for its minimalist and timeless aesthetic—a vision perfectly embodied by founders and twins Amalie and Cecilie Moosgaard—the brand’s latest collection is a masterful study in contrasts. It blends sleek, nostalgic styles with bold designs, not only adorning the body but also elevating our hair with their newly launched "hair jewelry"—a brilliant term for their innovative creations.
Sophie Bille Brahe is synonymous with luxury and elegance, renowned for her signature designs featuring pearls and diamonds. Her new collection continued to showcase her classic designs with a fresh twist, seamlessly blending timeless elegance with a modern edge. Bille Brahe’s commitment to pushing traditional boundaries shines through in her pieces—super special yet effortlessly wearable (the stunning Ocean ring has been on my wishlist forever).
Corali creates pieces that blend sculpture and architecture, meticulously crafted to echo the beauty of the natural world. Founded in 2017 by architect Caroline Sillesen, Corali’s designs combine architectural influence with understated simplicity and exquisite craftsmanship.

Irresistibly consistent
I couldn’t miss a visit to By Malene Birger, a brand renowned for its modern elegance and timeless designs. Their new FW25 collection epitomizes understated luxury with versatile, chic pieces, including fresh iterations of their popular Marciella dress, which I highly recommend. From tailored blazers to soft skirt sets, the collection embodies sophisticated simplicity and perfectly captures the brand’s essence.
Last but certainly not least, Saks Potts is celebrating its 10th anniversary this summer. Founded by childhood friends Cathrine Saks and Barbara Potts in 2014, the brand is renowned for its eclectic yet subtle designs, offering bold yet wearable collections. Even as someone who typically shies away from prints and colors, I find their pieces irresistibly appealing. (Stephanie’s polo from our last newsletter was on my wishlist, so I couldn’t resist getting it in blue.) Saks Potts masterfully combines authenticity with creativity, producing pieces that perfectly fulfill our unspoken desires (like our favorite Salma or Helle jeans, both on sale).
